White bass spawn in the Wolf River while anglers catch thousands every day, for 4 to 6 weeks. Fremont camping resorts are at the center of an all-season fisherman’s dream with walleye, lake sturgeon, black bass, channel catfish, flatheads, perch, bluegill, northern pike, and crappie populations. Fremont Jellystone Park Campground is on the shores of Partridge Lake which also offers excellent fishing in its shallow waters and has a popular public beach for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.
