$25 cancellation fee with at least two weeks notice. No refund or credit for cancellations less than two week notice.
All reservations require $250 deposit at the time of booking; balance due upon arrival.
Security Deposit: In addition, there is a $100 (credit card only) security deposit payable at check-in. Upon departure, your security deposit will be returned to you provided inspection of the rental is satisfactory. You are responsible for locking the doors on departure.
Additional People: All rental rates cover a certain number of people under the Base Rate. If you have more people than the base amount you must pay a guest fee for each additional person, this includes infants. Due to fire safety regulations, you may not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in a rental.
WiFi is available for an additional fee.
